We have just a monthly plan which is valid for one month or 30 days. We may or may not give an additional day as a grace period for you to renew. Irrespective of whether we give this grace period, you can always subscribe again by paying the monthly subscription again. You can reach out to us via phone/email for any support. *There is no auto-renew option.
Though we have an identified payment gateway currently being used on our website, there are chances that we may move to a different payment gateway. So, the payment method depends on the payment gateway we use. For example, existing payment gateway may allow Net banking, UPI, Credit Cards, Debit cards etc. and the new payment gateway (if/when we change the payment gateway) may have less or more options than listed above. In any case we do not accept cash payments and all payments have to be made via the payment gateway or to the company account with the help of our support team.
It is highly recommended that you keep all your details up to date on your account not only to get close matches for your requirement but also owing to legal rules & regulations. Always reach out to our support if you have any confusion or if you are unable to make changes or update any details.
We already have and will always make sure that we select a safe and secure payment gateway that protects your payment information and also follows the local legal rules (in this case Indian rules & regulations) for any discrepancies/Issues. For payments that do not go through, or show suspended please check with our support team if we have received the payment, if not you are required to seek your advise from your bank/payment organization. As stated earlier all transactions will ultimately be bound by the local/payment gateway rules & regulations.
Yes, we can consider discounts for lumpsum payments however only for half-yearly and annual subscriptions, not for quarterly subscription.
No, you are not eligible for a refund once you sign up. We advise that you make up your mind before making a payment to avail our service. It is at our discretion to accept and entertain a refund.
Every time you make a payment an invoice in generated and sent to your registered email ID. you can also see the invoice details from your account (my account) when you are logged in. You can always reach out to us via phone/email for any support.
We currently do not have any free trials in place however this doesn’t rule out that we may not have any promotional free trials or exceptions in future. It is recommended that always check our message board on the home page which will provide latest messages, announcements, or any promotional events/subscriptions.
We deal with genuine and validated profiles only. For your own safety we recommend the below
1. Always meet the match in a public place and accompany a friend or relative if possible. Never meet the prospective bride/groom in an isolated location. Immediately inform us if you find anything suspicious about the profile or prospective match found on our website.
2. Never transfer any money to the prospective bride/groom if they ask so and immediately inform us of such instances with the details.
3. Once you find someone suitable to proceed it is highly recommended that you do further research about the person in terms of his professional/personal background, overall health, behaviour of the person before going ahead for marriage.
